While on the road in Six Nations, Ontario, the Blazers enjoyed a nice team dinner at Moose Winooski's. Unfortunately for Jon Harnett and Nick Rose, the food wasn't the only thing on the menu.
Dawson, a 6-foot-5, 225-pound forward, led his team to the NLL Champion’s Cup finals during three of the past four seasons. A seven-year veteran and two-time First Team All-Pro, Dawson scored 38 goals and added 43 assists in 2008. The Blazers obtained Dawson’s rights in the '08 NLL dispersal draft.
